DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

Slow performance of Build phase of load after fixpack upgrade 
when the number of rows is at certain size.  With 10 million 
records, fp9 is faster than f7.  When using 36 million rows, fp9 
shows slower in the build phase.

DB2 sorting code will perform more caching of small rows to 
amortize cost of spill operations.
