INFORMIX SERVER / 5725A3900 / C10 - IDS 12.10

On Windows, 
 
onpsm run by 'administrator', gets the following error: 
 
onpsm -V 
Error -88300: The current user does not have authorization to 
run this utility 
 
Same error for other options. 
 
It runs fine as user 'informix' account. 
 
From manual: 
Pre-requisite: To run the onpsm utility, you must be user root 
or informix or a member of the bargroup group. 
 
'administrator' is equivalent to 'root' on Windows and should be 
allowed to run 'onpsm'. 
It seems on windows, 'informix' is the only account to run 
onpsm.
