INFORMIX SERVER / 5725A3900 / C10 - IDS 12.10

The problem is reproducible using 12.10.FC4. 
 
For example: 
 
Here is what we see, when import is run: 
 
> onpsm -C import 
 
 The Informix PSM catalog is not present in the 
'/usr3/1210FC4/etc/psm/' directory. 
The system will try to create it. 
 Informix PSM catalog creation in the '/usr3/1210FC4/etc/psm/' 
directory succeeded. 
 
This option replaces the Informix PSM catalog using the contents 
of the 
'psm_catalog.exp' directory. 
Are you sure you want to continue? (y/n) 
 Error -88160: The converted string '3349690368' cannot be for 
in an INT4 integer.
