RARE MEMORY LEAK IN CATALOG CACHE WHEN RTS IS ENABLED

Problembeschreibung:
Under rare circumstances, minor memory leak in catalog cache can 
occur if the following conditions are met: 
 
- RTS (real time statistics) is enabled 
- Asynchronous RUNSTATS fails with error code SQL0973N. An error 
message will be logged in the event log

Local-Fix:
- Disable RTS by turning off AUTO_STMT_STATS db cfg parameter
