DYNAMIC_LOGS CAN CREATE LOG. LOG GREATER THAN 1048575 PAGES LEADING TO LOGPOS OVERFLOW |

In a system down situation with "Checkpoint Record not Found in
Logical Log.", after a rollback failure with
"logerr('logreadlen')" it turned out the checkpoint position
occurred twice in same log - and first one was not a checkpoint.
Looking closer at this revealed two log. logs with tremendous
sizes (> 1048575 = 0xfffff pages, which is max. addressable page
within a log. log):
