IBM IDS EXPRESS / 5724L2305 / C10 - IDS 12.10

When doing the following selection of features on Windows for 
12.10.FC5 
1)  - Installation type: Custom installation 
    - install: 
    - IBM Informix database server 
      - Base Server 
      - Administrative Utilities 
       - Database import and export utilities 
    - Global Language Support (GLS) 
    - West European and Americas 
 
user account informix, no role seperation, create the intance, 
but don't initialize it 
the files low_memory_mgr.sql and upgrade_ph_task.sql will not 
be copied. 
 
This will lead to the following errors: 
07:49:58  Auto Registration is synced 
07:49:58  error 2 failed to 
open(C:\PROGRA~1\Informix/etc/sysadmin/low_memory_mgr.sql) 
07:49:58  SCHAPI: 'sysadmin' database setup is incomplete. 
07:49:58  error 2 failed to 
open(C:\PROGRA~1\Informix/etc/sysadmin/upgrade_ph_task.sql) 
07:49:58  SCHAPI: 'sysadmin' database setup is incomplete
