INFORMIX SERVER / 5725A3900 / C10 - IDS 12.10

When using dbschema -ss -si to dump the schema of a table, the 
in <dbspace> clause is not removed if the 
index is explicitly created in a different dbspace than the 
table.  If the index is created in the same dbspace 
as the table by default or explicitly, the in clause is removed.
