AFTER UPGRADE FROM IDS 10.00.FC10 TO 12.10.FC5 THE BUILD_SMI FAILS IN
CONVERT THREAD

Problembeschreibung:
Install IDS 10.00.FC10, create stores7 with log, shutdown IDS 
10.00.FC10 and start with IDS 12.10.FC5X1.  IDS upgrade fails 
with assert fails:
