"QUIESCE DB" COMMAND MIGHT HANG ON DB2 SERVER, IF CONNECTION CONCENTRATOR AND LOOPBACK IS USED |

| Problembeschreibung: |
"quiesce DB" command might hang, and the decoupled application
handles might not be forced off.
Similarly commands like db2stop force might hang too, as
internally they try to force off these decoupled application
handles in a loopback setup.
The stack shows , the disconnect signal been send and then it
simply hangs-
