When running nosql queries through wire listener with the fix
for APAR IT05505, server can segv in routine_find_ue_id(), but
stack will often only include routine_getenv2() as
routine_fine_ue_id getting in-lined into routine_getenv2()'s
frame. Can also see some -392 errors in onstat -g sql/-g ses
output before SEGV's.

are referencing freed memory, there could be a bit of variety on
where things are detected)
