DEADLATCH can occur on SQLO_LT_sqeAppServices__m_appServLatch & 
SQLO_LT_SQLP_TENTRY__tranEntryLatch 
 
This can occur if the application is an XA Transaction and the 
application is performing snapshot(including db2top). 
The application also should be performing a rollback of this 
transaction.
