I/O IN PDLOG() IS DELAYED WHEN THE PROCESS IS WORKING IN THE FENCED OPERATION MODE ON PURESCALE. |

| Problembeschreibung: |
This delay causes the delay of db2sysc process termination and
the recovery by ACR on the client after ConfigRM is damaged.
The fix requires a new feature on pdLog() and the messages will
be posted in the local storage file like syslog because
db2diag.log is not available due to gpfs in fenced operation
mode. |
