CM FREQUENTLY LOGS MESSAGES ABOUT SERVER TYPES SWITCHING WHEN RUNNING AGAINST IDS 11.70 |

When running CSDK 4.10 against IDS server 11.70, the oncmsm logs
the following messages frequently:
14:29:18 The server type of cluster hdr_test server pri1170fc7
is HDR.
14:29:18 The server type of cluster hdr_test server pri1170fc7
is Primary.
14:29:18 The server type of cluster hdr_test server pri1170fc7
is HDR.
14:29:18 The server type of cluster hdr_test server pri1170fc7
is Primary.
14:29:39 The server type of cluster hdr_test server pri1170fc7
