A BLOB IS INSERTED INTO THE WRONG SMART BLOB SPACE WHEN USING PREPAREDSTATEMENT.GETPARAMETERMETADATA()

| Problem description: |
When using PreparedStatement.getParameterMetaData(), a smart
blob will be inserted into the wrong smart blob space. It will
be inserted into the default smart blob space that is specified
in the onconfig file regardless of what smart blob space is
specified in a PUT statement. |
