RUNNING ONCHECK -CI AGAINST A FOREST OF TREES INDEX TAKES OUT A LOCK AGAINST EVERY DATA ROW (OR PAGE) OF THE TABLE

| Problem description: |
Running oncheck -cI against a Forest of Trees index takes out a
lock against every data ROW (or PAGE) of the table.
For very large tables this may lead to LOCK table exhaustion OR
an extreme number of locks.
This behaviour does not occur for a normal BTREE index. |
