IFXCLONE CREATES INCORRECTLY LINKED GLOBAL MUTEX LIST WHICH MAY RESULT IN AN ENGINE HANG

| Problem description: |
Using the ifxclone command to create, for example, an RSS server
causes a problem in the linkage of the global mutex list.
The onmode_mon thread may appear to be constantly running when
servicing the onstat -z command. This may make the engine
unresponsive to further onmode commands and will require to be
forcibly shutdown using onclean, for example. |
