ONTAPE LEVEL 0 DOES NOT ARCHIVE TEMP (IMPLICIT OR EXPLICIT) PARTITIONS ON DBSPACES AFTER RESTORE DIFFERENT ERRORS ON MAPPAGES

| Problem description: |
An ontape level 0 does NOT archive temporary (implicit
_temptable or explicit) partitions on dbspaces, so the resstore
will leave those pages with whatever was previously in there
leading to future mappages issues as we can't find the bit map
page for that partition.
i.e.
estimate_compression task running on a restored might fail with:
