JDBC SHOULD SUPPORT TO GET THE ISAM ERROR

| Problem description: |
JDBC has getErrorCode() and getSQLState() for dealing with
errors in the application.
With APPENDISAM it is possible to append the ISAM error and it
will be displayed with getMessage()
Add getISAMErrorCode() to get only the ISAM error code. |
