--JSONSPLNAME OF CDR REPL WITH CHAR / VCHAR COL REPLICATED CONTAINING SINGLE / DOUBLE QUOTE JSON WONT BE CONSTRUCTED CORRECTLY.

| Problem description: |
On a replicate with char / vchar column which contains embedded
single / double quotes in it's data , JSON data will not be
constructed correctly and operation will fail ( ATS / RIS if
defined).
i.e.
CRATE DATABASE testcase WITH LOG;
CREATE TABLE t1 (c1 INT, c2 CHAR(20));
CREATE TABLE staging (data JSON);
CREATE PROCEDURE logjsoninfo(data JSON)
INSERT INTO staging VALUES (data);
END PROCEDURE;
And replicate define as:
cdr define repl repl_t1 -C always -S row -M g_group1 -A -R
--jsonsplname=logjsoninfo "testcase@g_group1:informix.t1"
"SELECT * FROM t1" "testcase@g_loopback:informix.t1" "SELECT *
FROM t1"
cdr start repl_t1
INSERT INTO t1 VALUES (1, "This will go ok into staging table");
INSERT INTO t1 VALUES (2, "This will 'fail' no rows inserted");
