TIMESERIES DATABLADE CREATION IS FAILING WITH -937 OR -9905 ERROR WHEN THE USER NAME HAS HYPEN( "-")

| Problem description: |
If the user name connected to Informix server has "-" in it(say
test-user) and issues the "EXECUTE FUNCTION
sysbldprepare('TimeSeries.*','create')" statement to create the
TimeSeries datablade, it fails, when we query the sysblderrorlog
we see either -937 or -9905 error. Same Timeseries blade
creation succeeds with user name not having any "-"(say
testuser).
