SELECT FROM SYSMASTER SYSSQLTRACE FAILS WITH ERROR -1223

| Problem description: |
select * from syssqltrace
returns error 1223: Value will not fit in a FLOAT.
the reason is an invalid entry in syssqltrace.sql_rowspersec,
which has an "inf" value and is a float column.
The inf values are seen most often with inserts, but
occasionally also with execute procedure and deletes, but not
with selects. |
