1.Now create table test1:

Create table test1(val1 int);

2. creating another table test1_new using test1:

create table test1_new as select * from test1;

3. Now running dbschema:

dbschema -d stores_demo -t test1_new -ss

create table "informix".test1_new
  (

revoke all on "informix".test1_new from "public" as "informix";


As you can see from dbschema output that statchange is set to 0
though in onconfig STATCHANGE is set to 10.
The same issue can be reproduced in 14.10.Fc5 too.
