VARIOUS ASSERTIONS SEEN IN RESTOREROW() ON A NON-LOGGED COMPRESSED INTERVAL ROLLING WINDOW TABLE DURING A ROLL BACK OF WORK

| Problem description: |
The database is none logging.
When there is some sort of error experienced (in this case
during an update) then it is possible to see various assertion
failures and crashes.
