ONAUDIT -O -Y DOESN'T SHOW MASKS AFTER SERVER IS UPGRADED FROM 11.50.XC6 TO 12.10.XC13

After successful upgrade from 11.50.FC6 to 12.10.FC13, audit
masks are not preserved. sysmaster:ssyaudit table is empty.
