'ONMODE -C BLOCK' COMMAND HANGS ALONG WITH THE SERVER, WITH ONMODE_MON WAITING FOREVER ON A BUFFER

The symptom is that 'onmode -c block' hangs waiting for a buffer
whose owner is -1, as in:
onstat -b

| Local Fix: |
A potential workaround is to pre-load page zero for all chunks
into the buffer pool prior to running the "onmode -c block"
command. This can be achieved by running "oncheck -pP 0" for each chunk. |
