ODBC WILL THROW "INVALID CONNECTION STRING ATTRIBUTE" IF PASSWORD CONTAINS A SEMICOLON

| Problem description: |
If the password contains a semicolon, the Informix ODBC driver
will throw the following error:
-11005 Invalid connection string attribute.
This behavior has been seen with both Connect Test demo and
Microsoft ODBC Administrator. The Informix ilogin utility does
not have any problems with a semicolon in the password. |

I agree with doing nothing and simply asserting this as NFI.
That being said, I do think we need to document this limitation.
