SQLTRACE - RUN TIME, PAGE READ, BUFFER READ ARE SHOWING WRONG STATISTICS

| Problem description: |
When OPTCOMPIND is 2 and '2K dbspace' is used, SQLTRACE for
query, which has 'Functional Predicate' and 'LIKE'
operator chosing shows Wrong Statistics values
for
1) Run Time
2) Page Read
3) Buffer Read
The values for above 3 columns are showing very Less compared to
SQEXPLAIN, though SEQUENTIAL SCAN is used.
