ONMODE -C BLOCK/UNBLOCK ON AN EMPTY RSS FAILS

Running onmode -c block on an RSS server reports in
11:01:50 A Request to reset the log position to 4:0 was sent to
the primary server.
11:01:50 Secondary Delay or Stop Apply: Using the directory
/tmp/ifmxlog_239.
11:01:50 A Request to reset the log position to 4:0 was sent to
the primary server.
11:01:50 Secondary Delay or Stop Apply: Using the directory
/tmp/ifmxlog_239.
11:01:50 A Request to reset the log position to 4:0 was sent to
the primary server.
11:01:50 Could not find size of log file 4
11:01:51 DR: Turned off on secondary server
after then the the RSS is disconnected and need to be restarted.
