Commands like the admin task 'fragment repack shrink' have
SCHAPI and admin_fragment_command
messages reported in MSGPATH and the 'defragment partnum'
should as well. These messages help
admins and support understand what admin tasks are being
executed and when.
These messages are shown from a 14.10.FC8 server
