SESSION_LIMIT_MEMORY SESSION IS TERMINATED EVEN NOT REALLY REACHING DEFINED LIMIT IN A SIMPLE QUERY WITH GROUP

| Problem description: |
in the session environment SESSION_LIMIT_MEMORY is set.
A query was running using a simple group on a aggregate in the
way
select max ( col1 ), col2, col3 from table group by 2,3
DS_NONPDQ_QUERY_MEM is set to a low value
a temp dbspace is defined and configured in DBSPACETEMP
the session will be aborted reporting the configured limits are
reached,
but a monitoring on the allocated session memory show that the
session
never really reaches the limits |
