ASSERT WARNING RAISED DURING ROLL FORWARD OF BTSPLIT LOG RECORD

| Problem description: |
An Assert Warning may be raised during the roll forward of
BTSPLIT log records causing the index to be marked bad. For an
HDR secondary server this requires the index to be transferred
from the primary and for other server types the index needs to
be dropped and rebuilt.
An example warning:
Assert Warning: Error during recovery left index inconsistent.
