CONVERSION HANGS WITH CONVERT THREAD WAITING ON SQCONVSCPT CONDITION AND CONV_SCRIPT THREAD NO LONGER PRESENT

| Problem description: |
During a migration of an Instance from 12 to 14 the following
hung situation can be seen:
The convert thread will be waiting on the sqconvscpt condition
as shown by onstat -g ath and onstat -g con output:
onstat -g con:
