RUNNING ONSTAT -G CLUSTER VERBOSE ON PRIMARY HDR SERVER SHOWS "TIME OF LAST ACK: 1970/01/01"

When you run onstat -g cluster verbose command on primary server
with HDR setup, It shows the "Time of last ack
as 1970/01/01".
