ONCHECK -PE ON TEMP DBSPACES CAN OCCASIONALLY REPORT ERROR:CHUNKFREE PAGES: ###, EXTEND FREE PAGES: ####.

When running oncheck -pe against a temp dbspace, it's possible
to occasionally see errors like below:
$ ifx oncheck -pe tmpdbs1
