AUS REFRESH REPORTS ERROR 206 FOR ANSI DATABASE TABLE WITH TABLEOWNER IN LOWERCASE LETTERS

| Problem description: |
When AUS refresh operates on a database created with log mode
ANSI and the table owner is in lowercase letters, AUS refresh
reports the error:
11:46:00 SCHAPI: last statement UPDATE STATISTICS LOW FOR
TABLE db_ansi:tabowner.test
11:46:00 SCHAPI: [Auto Update Statistics Refresh 46-6] Error
-206 The specified table (TABOWNER.test) is not in the database.
11:46:00 SCHAPI: [Auto Update Statistics Refresh 46-6] Error
-111 ISAM error: no record found. |
