MEMORY LEAK OF OSMUTEX BLOCKS IN GLOBAL POOL WHEN USING REMOTE QUERY WITH PAM ENABLED.

| Problem description: |
A distributed or remote query to an instance with PAM enabled in
the sqlhosts will leak osmutex blocks in the global pool. The
osmutex blocks of 64 bytes will hold the name of the pam service
of the remote instance. |
