.NET CORE: CONNECTION POOLING IS NOT TAKING INTO ACCOUNT IDLE CONNECTIONS

| Problem description: |
If you use connection pooling and set min pool size to 3, 3
connections will be opened the first time the connection is
established. However, those that are already opened "in reserve"
are not taken into account when further connections are
established. |
