TK_NEXT_EXECUTION COLUMN IS NOT ALWAYS ADVANCED IN CASE THE AUS_REFRESH TASK RUNS IN AN ERROR

| Problem description: |
When the aus_refresher task is running in an error situation e.g
the aus_command tables
are not exists, the column tk_next_execution in ph_task is not
advanced to the next execution
time.
This may lead to a catch22 situation since the aus_refresh next
execution is older
than the current time of the next aus_eval execution and this
lead the evaluator
to stop working even this thread is always advancing the value.
Once the refresher is out of sync in the tk_next_execution only
a manual update may
"repair" the situation. |
