INSTALLFIXPACK FAILS TO INSTALL IN A HA ENVIRONMENT DUE TO INSTANCES NOT MOUNTED. |

| Problem description: |
Installfixpack fails to install when an instance is not mounted
on a standby server in a HA environment. You might see the
following errors during the installfixpack process.
ERROR: The DB2 installer detects that one or more DB2 instances
"XXXXX" are active. |
