IBM ESA Technology Broker Relationship Withdrawal

Overview:

The IBM Embedded Solution Agreement (ESA) Technology Broker relationship is being withdrawn on April 1, 2026. Effective with this announcement, the IBM ESA Technology Broker application and terms will no longer be available to new applicants. Existing IBM Embedded Solution Agreement Technology Broker terms (“Tech Broker Agreement(s)”) will terminate one month after an ESA Technology Broker’s obligations to its ESA-BPs are fulfilled.
