Restore functionality is not working when using NetBackup & CommVault
storage managers.

Problem description:
When using certain storage managers, such as Veritas NetBackup,
the retrieval of objects for a restore operation is not
possible. The bar debug log file includes messages of the form:

BSAGetObject: input: bufferLen = 63488, numBytes = 0
...
BSAGetObject: output: bufferLen = 63488, numBytes = 0
BSAGetObject: return 0 (0x00)
...
barGetObjectMain: return 0 (0x00)
barGetObject: BUG!!, numbtes(0) < headerlen(4096).
barGetObject: return 159 (0x9f)
