XCHG THREAD ASSERTION FAILURE DURING LOG TAPE ROLLFORWARD

The stack trace for the xchg thread that have been observed look
like this:

The issue may occur if the logical logfile that contains the
archive checkpoint of the archive that was restored is dropped
in subsequent logical log tapes and then a transaction is rolled
back where the start of that transaction is in a log file older
then the most recent checkpoint that's been processed in logical
recovery. |
