INFORMIX SERVER / 5725A3900 / C10 - IDS 12.10

Starting 12.10.xC12 both SPL 'set debug file to
"simple_debug.file"; trace on;'  as well as SQL's 'set explain
file to "myexpl";', both resulting in a new file being created
in calling user's current directory, would fail where they
succeeded earlier.


set explain file to "myexpl";

  534: Cannot open EXPLAIN output file.


create procedure test() set debug file to "aaa.txt"; trace on;
end procedure;
execute procedure test();

  648: Cannot open DEBUG file for SPL routine trace.


Workarounds seem to be:
 - creating files beforehand (with 660 permissions)
 - change to directory writable for all/for informix (?), or use
absolute file name in such directory
