DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A50 - DB2

1.  Problem description
When running the db2haicu command using an XML file, with db2trc
simultaneously running, there is a crash after the domain is
created. Without db2trc on, the command crashes after setting up
the network tiebreaker.
This defect is meant to address the db2trc segmentation fault.
This occurs due to a lack of a NULL check in
sqloPdbTcpIpGetAddrInfo.
