While executing IMPORT with COMMITCOUNT AUTOMATIC option you may
encounter the error SQL27970N An incompatible combination of
import options is
specified. Reason code = "7". The reason code 7 may be
confusing. This APAR changes the reason code associated with
SQL27970N, in this specific scenario, from Reason code = "7" to
Reason code = "6".

Checking the environment you might notice import related
packages have been bound with INSERT_BUF Y. These should have
been bound using the default INSERT_BUF N. The corrective action
to rebind the database using the INSERT DEF option resolved this
error:
db2 connect to 
db2 bind db2uimpm.bnd insert def
db2 bind db2uimtb.bnd insert def
