DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / B10 - DB2

With default DBM CFG parameter DIAGLEVEL=3 the db2diag.log is
quickly consumed with the following message:

This APAR prevents the message above from being printed when
DIAGLEVEL=3
