Problembeschreibung:
USER MIGHT RETRIEVE WRONG DATA FROM REMOTE ORACLE TABLES IF THE
COLUMNS CONTAIN DATE TYPE AND THE DATA MIGHT BECOMES CORRECT AFT

Root cause:
Oracle client (OCI) doesn't send "ALTER SESSION" command which
is to set the DATE data format immediately after connection with
the environment variable NLS_DATE_FORMAT set to 'YYYY-MM-DD
HH24:MI:SS'.

Local-Fix:
Explicitly send "ALTER SESSION" command to Oracle server
immediately after connection is setup. So that the DATE data
format is set to what federation server understands before
remote data query of DATE type.
