DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A50 - DB2

Sometimes a pd dump function would need to acquire glfh lock to
check if the database has been poisoned.

However, this action could be blocked as another member could be
holding the glfh lock, preventing the dump function to do a
simple check.

The stack should show something like this:
