Comments syntax in db2dsdriver.cfg works only on a single line
at a time. Having to add multiple
lines into a single comment block of , the comments are
completely ignored and these lines are parsed
successfully.

When using XML comment syntax in the db2dsdriver.cfg, if a
single parameter is commented out, the comments do work
successfully. However, if the comment syntax surrounds multiple
lines, they are parsed as if no comments are present at all.

For example, the following works, despite the comments
surrounding the entire block of parameters:

testconn40 "Database=SAMPLE"

Since we do not support multi-line comments in db2dsdriver.cfg,
we would add the comment like below in db2dsdriver.cfg.sample
that is shipped with installation package



Information center would also be updated to reflect the fact
that db2dsdriver.cfg supports only single-line comments.
