INCORRECT REPORTING OF TOTAL_COMMIT_PROC_TIME MONITOR ELEMENT

In some condition the total_commit_proc_time monitor element
reported is too high. It included time that should have been
reported under the log_disk_wait_time element.
This error is more likely to occur on a database that is not
constantly writing logs to disk. |
